In short

Tajah works with companies' training and HR departments on programmes they need again and again, namely onboarding new hires, occupational health and safety skills, and HR situations.

The programmes are built on the learning objectives the company wants to reach, with its technical and engineering standards in mind, and delivered as interactive experiences and simulations in which employees make decisions in situations from their real workplace, and the simulation measures their decision in each situation. Content is produced to SCORM and xAPI to run on any learning platform the company uses and on employees' own devices, with no new hardware or software, and each trainee's interactions and results reach the platform. If the company has no platform, Tajah sets one up and runs it. A simulation is evidence of learning rather than a certificate of competence, so the company's own experts review anything related to safety before it is approved. Work can start with a trial on one new-hire programme, with scope and success indicators agreed.

Questions asked before contracting

Is new hardware or software needed?

No. Content runs on any e-learning platform the company uses and on employees' own devices.

What if the company has no platform?

Tajah sets up a platform and runs it, and it can be contracted on its own.

Does a simulation replace a competence test?

A simulation is evidence of learning that measures the decision in the situation. It does not replace a competence certificate, and the company's experts review anything related to safety before approval.
