In short
Tajah works with government bodies on three needs that recur in their tenders, namely turning training programmes into interactive e-training content, running a training platform that connects to existing systems, and building the government body's capability to manage it after the contract ends.
Work starts with a training needs analysis and a competency framework, and content is then produced SCORM-ready to run on any platform, with trainee interactions tracked through xAPI. The platform, hosting and support are managed for the term of the contract, and the data and training records belong to the government body. Tajah's government work includes the field training performance evaluation system for the Ministry of Health in Jeddah, e-learning course redevelopment for the Saline Water Conversion Corporation, and the Waqf Excellence Index with the United Nations Development Programme. In Saudi Arabia, Tajah contracts through its Saudi entity, Tajah for Education, in Riyadh.
