The client sees what each learner has mastered, and where they need support.

  • Practice on real workplace situations

Learners practise on simulations and scenarios taken from their own work, and are assessed while they practise.

  • Every interaction on record

The learner's interactions in the course are recorded with xAPI, and the reports are built from that record.

  • Reports for the decision-maker

When the programme is expanded or changed, the reports show what worked and what needs another look.

How the work runs

We build capability, one module at a time.

  1. 01

    Diagnosing the need

Understanding the current state and what the client needs, before any proposal.

  2. 02

    Drawing the path

The plan, policies and quality standards the work rests on.

  3. 03

    Building the content

Interactive e-learning courses, built to instructional design standards.

  4. 04

    Running the platform

A platform that runs and connects to existing systems, and its data stays the client's.

  5. 05

    Adding AI

An assistant inside the platform, and academic decisions stay with people.

  6. 06

    Handing over knowledge

The methodology passes to the client's team, which carries on without an outside vendor.

AI Division

AI within education, not above it.

The assistant works inside the existing learning platform and gets tasks done with the client's team, such as preparing a course and following up on learners who fall behind. The team is trained to use it, and solutions are designed around the client's needs. Educational judgement and academic decisions stay with people.

  1. Capability building

Training and workshops for faculty and education teams on using AI in instructional design, monitoring and assessment, with clear use policies.

  2. AI platform enablement

An AI agent that works as an assistant inside the existing learning platform, without replacing it, monitoring, preparing and acting within set permissions, with every announcement, message and grade approved before it goes out.

  3. Tailored solutions

Solutions that range from content or monitoring assistants to learning data analysis and integration with existing systems, with metrics whose results inform expansion.

Inside the learning platform, the assistant does what used to take technical training, such as preparing courses, suggesting grades, spotting and following up students at risk, and checking quality, by the client's standards and international best practice.
